About the position

In preparation for summer, we are seeking curious and engaged individuals who want to take on customer service and support roles with one of our clients. This is a proactive ad where we collect applications for upcoming assignments. By applying for the role, you become part of our network and can quickly be matched with a future assignment. We are looking for someone who can work full-time from May/June to August/September. Depending on the assignment, there may be opportunities for extension.

Job responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will work with customer support and order-related administration. You will provide service via phone and email, handle incoming inquiries or bookings, and register these in the business system. The work involves ongoing contact with both customers and internal departments. You often work as part of a team that strives to provide professional and accurate service every day.

Examples of job responsibilities:

  • Customer support via phone and email

  • Receive and register customer orders in the business or order system

  • Handle inquiries regarding deliveries, contracts, and other customer information

  • Follow up on discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments

  • Be a support for internal colleagues in other departments

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Completed secondary education

  • Experience in a service-related profession, experience in customer service or order administration is a plus

  • Good computer and system skills as well as experience using the phone as a work tool

  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
